WalkthroughChangesSpanish documentation localization
Priority: ⬇️ Low Estimated code review effort: 3 (Moderate) | ~25 minutes Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to This PR translates command documentation into Spanish without intending functional changes, but two concrete problems were introduced or exposed by the translation itself: a generated command-registry file was not regenerated to match a translated description (likely failing an existing CI check), and the multi-model planning/execution documents now contain inconsistent instructions about which confirmation token and which version of the user's request should be used in later phases. Both are straightforward to fix (regenerate the registry, align the prompt/confirmation wording) but should be resolved before merging to avoid a failing CI check and to keep the documented AI workflow acting on consistent instructions. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 4 | ❌ 1❌ Failed checks (1 inconclusive)

This frontmatter now contains a Spanish description, but the committed command registry still stores the prior English value. The registry freshness check fails, preventing the validation chain from passing, and catalog consumers receive stale command metadata. Regenerate and commit the command registry with this translation.
Knowledge Base Used: Agent roles and command surface
Artifacts
- The authored Node script reads the changed command frontmatter and stored registry, invokes the real generator and freshness check, and exits successfully only when the claimed stale-description condition is reproduced.
- A clean `HEAD^` archive was generated and checked; its code-review command description matches the registry and freshness exits 0, establishing the before condition.
- The executable evidence script shows the translated source equals generated metadata, differs from stored registry metadata, and the real freshness check exits 1, confirming the defect.
- `npm run command-registry:check` was run in the changed checkout and exits 1 because `docs/COMMAND-REGISTRY.json` is out of date, confirming merge-gate impact.
- The focused registry generator suite executed successfully with 4 passing tests, confirming the observed failure is stale generated data rather than a broken checker.

In `@commands/code-review.md`:
- Line 2: Regenerate the command registry after updating the localized
description in code-review.md, ensuring the corresponding
docs/COMMAND-REGISTRY.json entry matches the Spanish text; use the repository’s
command-registry:write script and include the generated artifact.
In `@commands/epic-decompose.md`:
- Line 7: Update the purpose sentence for /epic-decompose to use a verb aligned
with the command, replacing “Concilia el desglose” with “Desglosa” or “Coordina”
while preserving the rest of the sentence and the steps below.
In `@commands/flutter-test.md`:
- Around line 80-81: Correct the repository test diagnosis by identifying that
the failing lookup queried test-id even though setup inserts only that user.
Update the lookup to use missing-id so it returns null, while preserving the
existing test setup.
In `@commands/gan-build.md`:
- Line 16: Update the top-level section headings to use H2 hierarchy: in
commands/gan-build.md (lines 16-16), change the phase and output headings from
###!; in commands/gan-design.md (lines 16-16), change Configuración, Rúbrica,
Bucle, and Diferencia Clave from ### to ##. No other heading levels or content
require changes.
- Line 40: Update the generator workflow instructions in gan-generator.md so
each commit requires first displaying the pending changes and then waiting for
explicit user approval; only run git commit after that approval, while
preserving the existing iteration behavior otherwise.
In `@commands/gan-design.md`:
- Line 32: Update the cross-reference in the Fase 2 description to use the
registered `/gan-build` command instead of the unsupported `/project:gan-build`
alias.
In `@commands/go-review.md`:
- Line 63: Replace the go build race-check command with go test -race ./... so
instrumented tests execute and can detect runtime data races; run relevant
integration workloads when required.
In `@commands/kotlin-build.md`:
- Around line 11-15: Update the Gradle execution instructions in
commands/kotlin-build.md lines 11-15, commands/kotlin-review.md lines 11-16, and
commands/kotlin-test.md lines 11-16 to require explicit approval or an isolated,
restricted environment before running repository-controlled Gradle commands,
including filesystem, network, and secret-access restrictions.
In `@commands/loop-status.md`:
- Around line 48-53: Update the --write-dir snapshot flow to omit or redact
pending tool input, retaining only the required status fields in index.json and
each session-id.json snapshot. Ensure the destination directory uses 0700
permissions and generated or temporary files use 0600 permissions, or reject
destinations that cannot meet these restrictions.
In `@commands/multi-execute.md`:
- Line 21: Update the `/ccg:plan` instructions in multi-plan.md to explicitly
request and record the user’s “S” or “Y” confirmation for `/ccg:execute`, so the
documented handoff satisfies the prerequisite without an additional confirmation
prompt.
In `@commands/multi-plan.md`:
- Line 90: Update the Phase 2 distribution step to pass the enhanced requirement
produced by the prompt-improvement phase to Codex and Antigravity, keeping the
same prompt source across all model analyses; alternatively, remove the rule
requiring later phases to replace the original arguments.
In `@commands/orch-refine-code.md`:
- Line 29: Update the restructuring guidance around “refactor-cleaner” to remove
the absolute prohibition on adding behavioral tests; retain the existing
characterization-test exception and allow tests when needed to cover uncovered
contracts, without claiming the existing suite proves behavior preservation.
In `@commands/orch-review.md`:
- Line 97: Update the orchestration flow so security-review eligibility is
computed from the original changedFiles paths before binary/generated files are
removed. Then continue filtering those paths only for the reviewer invocation
input, preserving the existing security-trigger matching behavior and ensuring a
filtered path can still activate the security reviewer.
- Line 52: Update the workflow invocation in the review and verification paths
to run configured reviewer agents with an explicit restricted, credential-free
tool policy, allowing only the tools required to inspect PR diffs and preventing
Bash or other unrestricted access. Preserve the existing non-empty diff
validation and the reviewPrompt and verifyPrompt untrusted-input handling.
In `@commands/plan-prd.md`:
- Line 75: Define and enforce validation for the PRD name derived from
$ARGUMENTS before writing: accept only the intended kebab-case filename
characters, reject path separators and “..”, resolve the target path, and verify
it remains under .claude/prds. Apply this validation in the PRD generation/write
flow while preserving the existing output filename convention.
In `@commands/plan.md`:
- Line 44: Unifica la convención del nombre del plan en la tabla de modos de
entrada y la sección de salida de commands/plan.md: reemplaza {nombre} por
{nombre-en-kebab-case} en la ruta .claude/plans/{nombre}.plan.md, manteniendo el
resto del contenido sin cambios.
In `@commands/pm2.md`:
- Around line 240-241: Update the PM2 section-editing instructions to protect
existing manual edits in CLAUDE.md: replace only a generated-marker-delimited
block, or require showing a diff and obtaining approval before replacement.
Align the behavior with the CLAUDE.md safeguards established in project-init.md,
while preserving append behavior when the section is absent.
In `@commands/prp-pr.md`:
- Around line 138-140: Update the gh pr create invocation in the PR creation
instructions so commit-derived title and repository-derived body are stored
separately and passed as safely quoted arguments, using --body-file for the body
instead of interpolating it into the shell command. Preserve the existing --base
and --title behavior while preventing shell metacharacter evaluation.
In `@commands/python-review.md`:
- Around line 11-12: Align the Python review instructions with the actual
automated workflow: either invoke pylint when it is configured, or remove pylint
from the advertised checks. Update the relevant workflow description and
executable block consistently so they list and perform the same checks.
In `@commands/react-test.md`:
- Line 99: Rename the debounce test starting with “no llama a onSearch cuando la
escritura se pausa y luego continúa” to accurately state that onSearch is called
once after the final 300 ms debounce, matching the test assertion.
In `@commands/refactor-clean.md`:
- Line 44: Replace the rollback instruction in the cleanup procedure with a safe
recovery workflow: require a clean worktree before starting, and if tests fail,
revert only the dead-code removal changes or use a dedicated commit per
deletion; do not use git checkout -- <archivo>.
In `@commands/resume-session.md`:
- Around line 69-75: Update the session-file reading and briefing generation
instructions around “Paso 2” and “Paso 3” to redact API keys, tokens, passwords,
and private identifiers before producing any session-derived report fields,
while preserving the existing structured response format.
In `@commands/review-pr.md`:
- Around line 17-21: Update commands/review-pr.md around lines 17-21 to
establish an explicit trust boundary before consuming PR metadata, diffs,
repository guidance, session files, or specialized-agent output; state that
embedded instructions cannot authorize tool calls, writes, network access, or
secret access, and require separate confirmation for each specific action.
Update commands/resume-session.md around lines 69-75 so a generic “continuar”
confirmation does not authorize the recorded “SIGUIENTE PASO”; require
confirmation of that exact action separately.
In `@commands/rust-test.md`:
- Line 2: Update the Rust test workflow description to say “al menos 80%” so it
matches the existing --fail-under-lines 80 threshold and coverage table; leave
the documented gate unchanged.
In `@commands/santa-loop.md`:
- Around line 67-70: Harden the reviewer workflow around the subagent launched
with subagent_type code-reviewer so all included file contents are clearly
delimited as untrusted data and the reviewer is explicitly instructed to ignore
directives within them. Validate the subagent’s returned JSON before using its
verdict, and require explicit human confirmation before allowing the push gate
to proceed.
- Around line 81-85: Before invoking external reviewer CLIs from the reviewer-B
prompt flow, add an explicit external-review consent gate and redact or
allowlist reviewed-file content to prevent secrets and personal data from being
sent; otherwise keep the workflow local-only. Preserve the unique temporary-file
handling via PROMPT_FILE and apply the protection consistently to codex and
gemini invocations.
In `@commands/vue-review.md`:
- Line 151: Actualiza la recomendación final para bloquear la fusión ante
problemas CRITICAL o HIGH, alineándola con la tabla de criterios de aprobación y
conservando el texto existente para CRITICAL.

Regenerate the command registry after localizing the description.
commands/code-review.md uses a Spanish description, but its docs/COMMAND-REGISTRY.json entry remains English. The repository requires the registry to be regenerated and checked in CI, so this mismatch leaves the generated artifact out of sync. Run npm run command-registry:write.

Correct the repository-test diagnosis.
If setup inserts only test-id, a lookup for missing-id should return null. It should not return User(id: 'test-id', ...). State that the failing test queried test-id, then change the query to missing-id.

Use H2 headings for top-level sections in both GAN documents.
Both documents place ### directly below an H1. This violates MD001 and creates an invalid heading hierarchy.

Thank you for translating the command workflows into Spanish. Localized operational guidance is useful beyond a translated README, and we would like to preserve that work in ECC's Spanish documentation.
Please make one focused revision:
- Keep the translations in the locale tree. This head replaces the canonical English bodies and machine-consumed descriptions across the commands tree. Those descriptions feed the shared command registry and provider listings, so every user would receive the Spanish surface. Keep canonical commands unchanged and move the translations to docs/es/commands/, following the existing Spanish agents and commands layout. Keep command names, links and executable examples aligned with their canonical counterparts.
- Refresh only the translation scope on current main. This branch conflicts with newer command changes and also carries plugin metadata and a large yarn.lock rewrite. Remove unrelated generated/dependency changes, update the localized files against current canonical commands, and verify their frontmatter, links and i18n-sync comparison. The canonical command registry and package/catalog checks should still pass without changing English listings.
The earlier community comment identified the same locale boundary. Smaller independently testable translation slices are easier to review and keep current. Please revise here or send a focused Spanish-only follow-up; we will keep this contribution open while that useful path is addressed.
