docs: Antigravity is instruction-only in README and the portability doc, but INSTALL.md documents a plugin install with commands #1064

Description

@m2nwo079

Three places in the docs describe the Antigravity support differently, and I can't tell which one is current.

INSTALL.md (## Antigravity CLI): agy plugin install http://github.com/DietrichGebert/ponytail reuses this repo's gemini-extension.json, and Antigravity turns the /ponytail commands into skills that you type into the chat (gemini extensions install still works until the rename completes).

README: Antigravity is listed among the instruction-only adapters that load the always-on ruleset without the commands, and the skill-capable hosts listed next to it (Claude Code, Codex, Devin CLI, OpenCode, Gemini, pi, Hermes Agent, Qoder, Grok Build) do not include it.

docs/agent-portability.md: the Antigravity row lists AGENTS.md as its only file and is marked Instruction-tier; gemini-extension.json, commands/ and skills/ are not mentioned, unlike the Gemini CLI and Qwen Code rows that install the same manifest.

If the agy plugin install path works as INSTALL.md describes, the README list and the portability row look out of date. If Antigravity is rules-only in practice today, then the INSTALL.md section is the stale part. I don't have Antigravity CLI to verify either way, so I'd rather ask than guess.

Which of the two is correct? Happy to send a one-commit docs PR in whichever direction you confirm (docs only, no ruleset change).
