我是 GOAT 套餐的付费会员，在使用 deepseek-v4.1-flash 时经常遇到明显卡顿，并且连接经常超时。

现象

• 生成过程中频繁卡顿，输出长时间停滞（TPS 掉到接近 0），过一会儿才勉强恢复
• 请求经常直接超时中断，任务必须重试才能继续
• 不是偶发：不同时段、不同会话中都能复现，长任务和多轮工具调用时尤其明显

复现步骤

1. 使用 GOAT 套餐账号登录
2. 选择模型 deepseek-v4.1-flash
3. 发起一个较长或需要多轮工具调用的任务
4. 观察到：输出长时间无响应、卡顿，或请求以超时告终

期望

deepseek-v4.1-flash 在 GOAT 套餐下应能稳定输出，不出现长时间卡顿与连接超时。如果确实是上游容量/稳定性问题，希望状态页能明确公示，而不是静默降级。

• 我是付费会员（GOAT 套餐），因此对该模型的稳定性有明确预期
