Subject: [PATCH] host: do not initialize pointer every trigger start

Buffer pointer connected to host should be initialized only
after host creation, prepare and reset. Otherwise it will
mess up the transfer continuity after stop - start sequence.
The same change for DAI was introduced in commit
6009e78b32a36c5ca2ed74448baf3218696da997.
