DDT4ALL has no J2534 / PassThru support, so there is nothing to detect. No plugin, setting or workaround exists in this version. The app talks to the car through an ELM327-style serial adapter (AT commands over a COM port), plus a few USB CAN devices. A J2534 device like the TOPDON RLink is driven through a vendor DLL (PassThruOpen, PassThruConnect and so on), and DDT4ALL never loads or calls any of that. A search of the current source for "j2534" or "passthru" finds nothing, and the README's supported devices list contains only ELM327-style serial adapters and similar serial/USB CAN devices, no J2534 interfaces: https://github.com/cedricp/ddt4all/blob/d05e06087f51b858cf9fd5802a507f2c3f79ddf0/README.md#supported-devices The maintainer was asked about this earlier and said it is not supported: #146 So you need either an ELM327-compatible adapter (OBDLink SX/EX, Vlinker FS, VGate iCar Pro and similar), or software that speaks J2534, such as the tool your RLink came with. |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
The application does not detect or list my connected J2534 PassThru interface (TOPDON RLink) in the selection window.
Is there any known fix, workaround, or plugin required to make J2534 / PassThru devices appear and work in this version?
