Weekly milestones and regular priorities

We're changing how we communicate priorities across apple/container, apple/containerization, and apple/container-builder-shim. We're moving to weekly milestones. Our release cadence will remain unchanged, still roughly once a month, with patch packages as needed.

Separately we will be regularly posting our priorities. This will likely consist of themes, issues, and/or PRs that we intend to focus review and development effort on. We still welcome all issues and PRs but contributions outside current priorities will receive lower priority for review and may not be reviewed promptly or at all. This reflects our bandwidth, not the quality of your work. This new process will likely change as we learn what works for our community.

To kick this off, our current priorities are around quality and reliability. You can check out a non-exhaustive list of the open issues in these categories here.

Where can we follow this best? I'd be curious on a roadmap, what things are planned and what will not be considered, but since this announcement I've not seen an update to this?

Concretely, having insight in GPU integration (#62) and understanding when Aspire would be able to integrate with it (list of blocking apple/container issues at microsoft/dcp#206) so that I can remove docker from my machine would be great!

I see the biweekly milestones at https://github.com/apple/container/milestones but most of them seem to be empty (no issues assigned to them). Would it be possible for you to do that?
