ci: push nuget packages with one glob instead of two
The dotnet nuget push glob on artifacts/nuget/*.nupkg also matches *.snupkg, so the symbol packages were already pushed by the first step (run 36374600399 logged Created symbolpackage and then already-exists conflicts in the second step). One glob, one push, with the observed behaviour recorded in a comment.

# A single glob pushes every package file, symbol packages included: 'dotnet nuget push'
