Faculty application rejected with no listed issues after account updates

Hi everyone,

I am applying for GitHub Education as a faculty member at Daejeon University.

My latest application on October 12, 2026 shows Rejected, but the section asking me to address the following issues is empty. There is no specific reason or correction to act on.

Before reapplying, I:

• Verified my school-issued email.
• Enabled two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.
• Updated my profile and billing name fields using the legal name from my affiliation document.
• Completed the required billing address fields.
• Logged out and logged back in before reapplying.

An earlier rejection requested evidence submitted using the device camera. After another application, the latest rejection lists no issues at all.

I contacted GitHub Support, but was directed to self-service resources and the community. No specific verification issue was identified. I have also checked the FAQ and similar faculty discussions.

Could the Education team clarify:

1. What applicants should correct when the rejection reason is blank?
2. Whether this is a known display or verification issue?
3. Which supported, secure process I should use if further affiliation evidence is required?
