Organization CodexKG flagged and hidden for 3 months — two support tickets (#4553955, #4777586) with no reply

Hi everyone,

Our organization CodexKG (http://github.com/CodexKG, org ID 118646668) was flagged around 11 July 2026 and has been hidden from public view ever since. The org page and our public repositories return 404 to everyone outside the org.

What we have tried

• Ticket #4553955, opened 11 July 2026, no reply.
• Ticket #4777586, opened 21 September 2026, no reply.
• The appeal link from the docs (support.github.com/contact/reinstatement) redirects to the generic support menu, which has no option for flagged accounts or organizations. So we could not file a proper appeal.

About us
CodexKG is a small software studio in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The org holds the source code of commercial products our own team builds and maintains (CRM, booking, HR, marketplace, messaging). It is on the Free plan with no billing issues. My personal account (@Toktorov) and my other organizations are not affected. Only CodexKG is.

We are not aware of any Terms of Service or Acceptable Use violation. We have never received an email explaining the flag. If something in the org needs to be changed or removed, we will do it immediately; we just need to know what it is.

Question
Is there a working way to appeal an organization flag today? Could someone from GitHub staff please escalate tickets #4553955 / #4777586 to the team that reviews flagged accounts?
