Hi @ArfosBlack! From the two rejection messages in your screenshots, there are two specific problems, and it looks like the name-mismatch items from your first attempt were already fixed (they're gone from the second rejection). 1. "The image appears to be from a third party. Submit documentation obtained directly by your school."
2. "Your image contains keywords indicating that it may be an acceptance letter. Only proof of current enrollment is acceptable." Practical tips before reapplying
If it still gets rejected Full disclosure: I haven't been through this exact process myself, so this is based on your rejection messages and GitHub's guidance. I hope it helps, and good luck! |

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get verified for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but my application was rejected.
I'm currently enrolled at Kayseri Fen Lisesi, a high school in Türkiye. I submitted an official student enrollment certificate obtained directly from Türkiye's e-Devlet government portal and issued under the Ministry of National Education.
However, GitHub Education rejected my application, stating that the document appeared to be from a third party and contained keywords suggesting it might be an acceptance letter.
The document is an official government-issued certificate confirming my current enrollment, not an acceptance letter.
I'd appreciate some advice from anyone who has successfully verified their student status in Türkiye, especially high school students.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
