Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I'm a student at Vilnius University, and used the official school email to apply. I've been submitting the application for Education benefits several times now and it keeps stating, that the billing information (and profile) name should exactly match the one on the ID (even though it does). I've tried changing it to English-letter counterparts, but that doesn't seem to help either. What may contribute to the problem, is, that my name is written in English-letters in my university email. The issues is only about few letters (s and š; e and ė) as for the most part my native alphabet and Latin match:
Legal name: Vytautė Vyšniauskytė
In Latin alphabet-only: Vytaute Vysniauskyte
Furthermore, my university ID keeps getting rejected, as university name is stated in too fine print and reviewer (or bot) only notices the logo. It is stated, that I can submit multiple evidences, but the application only allows one photo.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
