Im stuck with ancient models that are much more expensive than the newer cheap models like luna 6 and it makes github copilot pro useless at this point

One problem is that models are approved at organization level, but in most organizations you can't ask/don't know who to ask to add newer models. So you are stuck with ancient models.
Solution:
Allow each user to change which models appear in their list of models.
