I pulled the commits through the API and there's nothing to fix on your side. All 7 are on main, the repo isn't a fork, and every one of them is linked to your account: Every row comes back as { user(login:"hamza-hafeez-dev") { contributionsCollection(from:"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z", to:"2026-09-29T23:59:59Z") {
commitContributionsByRepository { repository { nameWithOwner } contributions(first:5) { nodes { commitCount } } } } } }So the commits are attributed fine and the undercount happens later, in GitHub's counting. Same thing in #208751, #209213 and #209105, all since around Sep 22, and in those threads the commits also checked out. I'd skip the email and config checks (the list is here: https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/how-tos/contribution-settings/troubleshooting-missing-contributions) and send support a ticket with the repo link and the two numbers above: https://support.github.com/ fwiw it's been well over 24h now, so the usual "wait a day" doesn't cover it either. |

Since RizgarOzan already confirmed via the API that all 7 commits are on 1. Author dates. The contribution graph counts each commit on its author date, not the push date. Verify all 7: gh api repos/hamza-hafeez-dev/Flutter-Notes-App/commits --paginate \
-q '.[] | "\(.sha[0:7]) \(.commit.author.date) \(.commit.author.email)"'If some commits have author dates outside the range you're looking at (e.g. a misconfigured local clock), they'll be counted on those dates instead. 2. Indexing lag / stuck counter. GitHub's contribution data is computed asynchronously and can lag behind the repo itself — the docs note it may take time to update, and occasionally a profile's counters get stuck. Pushing an empty commit or any new activity sometimes kicks the recalculation, but if the count is still wrong after 24h with everything above verified, only GitHub can fix it: contact support (https://support.github.com) with the repo name and the 7 commit SHAs — they can reindex your contribution data. |

Hi, my username is hamza-hafeez-dev. My public repo
hamza-hafeez-dev/Flutter-Notes-App has 7 commits on the main branch
(all made on 29 Sep 2026), but my profile activity shows only 2
commits for this repo.
What I've checked:
Has anyone faced this? Is it an indexing delay, or is there something
else I should check?
