[Bug] Spinner does not run onCancel function on Ctrl + C #573

- OS: macOS 15.7.7
- Node Version: v26.1.0

Describe the bug
When spinner is spinning, Ctrl + C finishes the spinner with Cancelled message, but does not execute onCancel function
To Reproduce
spinner-cancel example can be used as a reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use
spinner-cancelexample - Run the example
- Press
Ctrl + C
Expected behavior
onCancel should run and print note log

A useful next step might be to separate the repro into input, state/cache update, and final output for
onCancel. That would make it clearer whether “Spinner does not runonCancelfunction onCtrl + C” is failing during parsing/configuration, during internal state updates, or only at the user-visible result.
